5. Orders and Payment

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.
Processing time is typically 1–3 business days, and delivery time depends on the destination.
Korean Beauty Supply is not responsible for delays caused by transport carriers or customs.

7. Returns and Refunds

Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.
Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
