2. Scope

These Terms govern all sales made through www.korean-beautysupply.com and your use of the website. By placing an order, you accept these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

3. Products and availability

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Minor differences in colour, packaging or presentation may occur, particularly where a brand updates its packaging.

Products are offered subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. They are intended for external use in line with the manufacturer's instructions. If you have a specific skin condition or concern, please consult a doctor or dermatologist.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout, before you confirm your order.

We may change prices at any time, but your order will always be invoiced at the price displayed when you placed it.

If a price is displayed incorrectly due to an obvious error, we will contact you before dispatching and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering, using one of the secure payment methods offered at checkout. We do not store your card details; payments are handled by our payment providers.

We may decline an order where the product is unavailable, payment is not authorised, we suspect fraud, or we cannot deliver to the address given.

6. Shipping

We ship to the countries listed in our Shipping Policy. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery takes 2–7 business days depending on destination.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our carrier and are not guaranteed. Full details of costs, timing and what happens in the event of delay or loss are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Returns and refunds

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, in accordance with EU consumer law. Sealed cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Luxembourg or EU law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of revenue or data, arising from use of this website or of products purchased through it.

Products should be used according to their instructions. We recommend patch-testing new products. We are not liable for misuse, or for reactions arising from use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, though this does not affect our obligations regarding faulty or unsafe goods.

9. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, strikes, extreme weather or failure of public infrastructure. Where such an event occurs, we will contact you and you may cancel your order for a full refund.

10. Privacy

Personal data collected through this site is processed in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and used for order processing, customer support and, where you have agreed, marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including logos, images and text, is the property of Korean Beauty Supply, S.à r.l.-S or its licensors. Brand names and product images belong to their respective owners. Reproduction or use without prior written consent is prohibited.

12. Dispute resolution and applicable law

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info.koreanbeautysupply@gmail.com and we will try to resolve it directly.

If we cannot reach a resolution, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or contact the Médiateur de la consommation in Luxembourg.

These Terms are governed by Luxembourg law. The courts of Luxembourg City have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any right you may have as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
